Blessing In Disguise?!!

Remember my blog a few months ago, Entitled:  The Worst Day of My Life?  If not it was a blog regarding my sudden retrenchment at West Contact services Inc.  It was really the worst day of my !@#@!# life back then.  I didn’t know what to do because looking for work is not so easy

And……then… a miracle happened

I got hired as a Technical Support Representative of 24/7 Customer Philippines!

I’m telling you I have never been so happy to be employed again, and the greatest thing is….THIS COMPANY REALLY TAKES CARE OF IT”S EMPLOYEES!

Why did I say that? Because….

1.) I have never met an employee there that has aired out any complaints about the company…yet.

2.) The account that I got into is soooooo generous.  In what way you may ask?  Every month as long as the company is ranked number 1 center of the account out of all the other centers.  24/7 gives…yes gives out a whopping 5,000 Pesos worth of Gift certificates!  Not only to the agents, but all employees that supports the agents, Team Leaders, Operation Managers…Trainers Etc.  Imagine getting 5k extra spending money (well…almost money) every month.  The catch?  You have to be with the company at least 3 months to qualify to get the 5k.  So I’m looking forward to it.

3.) Apart from the 5k.  The company also will hire one of the major hotels to cater food for ALL employees of the account for a day.  That was a very yummy feast I might add.

4.) Referral fee is 10K!  If you refer someone you’ll get 5k after the applicant passed the first leg of training.  2.5K after the applicant has been with the company for 6 months.  The the final installment after the applicant reaches his/her first year.

5..) The company sets a team building fund for all teams!  It’s a little bit complicated to explain the process, so let’s leave it at that.

So there!  My top 5 reasons why It pays to be with 24/7 Customer Philippines Inc.  What’s the catch?  The company gives everything that you want, but you have to give everything that the company needs to stay on top.  Not really hard to do, if you think about it.  Right?

So without further ado!  I would like to thank West Contact Services Inc. For downsizing me.  I now belong to a much better company that deserves my loyalty!   Thanks to the guys that gave me a lift during those days when I’m down.  And to those who gave me uplifting comments in my blogs!
